Reservations for your vacation can be made in person, by phone or by internet. If you book your reservation online, please print the lease agreement when prompted. If you book your reservation over the phone a Deposit Request/Lease Agreement will be emailed or faxed to you by the following business day. Please read the lease carefully, checking the dates for accuracy. After reviewing your Deposit Request/Lease Agreement and determining that you will confirm your vacation rental, please sign the agreement and return it by mail or fax within 5 days of the date the reservation was made. For any reservation made between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the “Deposit Request/Lease Agreement has to be returned within 72 hours (3 days). Return the original agreement along with 50% of the rent, a $85.00 (plus tax) administration fee, and optional travel insurance payment. Initial payments may be made by personal check, certified check or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express). There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks due to non-sufficient funds or stop payment. Please refer to the specific office as to where to mail your payment and your Deposit Request/Lease Agreement. The address will be located at the top left corner of your Deposit Request/Lease Agreement.
